Ever have those days where you feel really out of balance? Lately, I’ve had a lot of those. It might be that it’s a busier season in my life, or it could be that I’m not prioritizing the way I should. But I have a fix! It’s a natural fix that can motivate you to bounce back from a hectic week when you feel out of sorts. Beauty bowls are my go-to when I feel sluggish, unmotivated and just down-right in the dumps.
Probably the best part about beauty bowls is that the ingredient combinations are bountiful. Whether you toss in a whole bunch of greens or some paprika roasted red potatoes, you’re still nourishing your body for optimal beauty. I’m not a vegan, but I sure do love plant-based meals and the natural benefits that come with them.
After a stressful week, the last thing I want to do is cook a meal. But I feel like making a pizza is put into its own category, and the options are endless when I’m given a piece of naan or pizza crust. Truth be told, I randomly came up with this recipe last week when I was battling a nasty head cold. Minimal effort required. I love buffalo sauce and naan bread, so I thought, why not combine the two? The results were better than I expected!
And the other bonus to this meal? It’s healthy and can erase those cravings for something fried and greasy.
Hi everyone, I’m back on the blog after a long, holiday break! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas with your family and friends. Now, I’ve made New Year’s resolutions for many years, but they don’t always seem to stick. That’s why I’m reflecting on my “yeses” and “nos” for the year. I feel like this is more attainable and helps me make realistic choices throughout the year and beyond.
